1. Import duties and customs clearance are managed by UBINOVA

When browsing international products shipped by UBINOVA Asia, you will see product prices composed of product value and import fees on the product page. At checkout, the final expenses, including shipping and sales tax, will be displayed. Please rest assured that we will handle import fees and customs clearance procedures on our behalf and provide you with comprehensive services.

The international goods are handled in the UBINOVA Asia global warehouse, which involves manufacturing, quality testing, and packaging. The expected processing duration will differ based on whether you choose an in-stock product or a customized product.

In-stock international products in the Asia warehouse are prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days after placing the order.

Customized products, on the other hand, require additional time for manufacturing before they can be shipped. You can find the specific lead time on the product page or in your My Account section.

3. Transportation and Delivery

The shipping time is determined by your location and the chosen shipping method. Typically, once your product has been dispatched from the UBINOVA Asia warehouse, it will be delivered within the specified timeframe.
